Yes, we love meeting our customers in person! You’re invited to book an appointment to visit our stores in Sheung Wan or Kowloon Bay where you can kick off your shoes, relax, and even take a nap! We offer a completely private experience with relaxing music and scents. Please book an appointment here.
How does the Free In-Home Setup service work?

We offer a Free In-Home Setup of your Natural Sleep Bundle anywhere in Hong Kong. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: You choose a convenient delivery date. You may select any date as early as the next working day, Monday to Saturday.

Step 2: On the day before delivery, we will call you to schedule a delivery time.

Step 3: When we arrive at your home, we set up your new mattress on your bed, hand-deliver any other Hush Home® products you ordered, remove any packaging and (if requested) remove your old mattress.
Does the bundle come with a Home Trial?

Yes, you can enjoy the 100-Night Trial on your new mattress and test out how it will improve your sleep in comfort of your own home!
How do I set up my Bedroom Furniture?

All Hush Home Bed Frames come with a Free In-Home Assembly. Our professional team will take care of putting together your furniture so all you have to do is sit back and relax while your new furniture takes shape!
