The Organic Mattress™ (12")

We recommend that you rotate your mattress once every 3 months.

Treat stains as soon as possible, before they set in. If you can treat the stain while it's wet, it will come out more easily. To spot treat, dampen the area and rub in a small amount of mild detergent. Then rinse the area until the suds are gone and let it fully dry before using again. You may want to test the treatment in an inconspicuous area to make sure it doesn't leave a ring.

When taking your mattress cover off to clean your Organic Mattress, avoid exposing it to direct sunlight. UV rays can cause the latex material to deteriorate over time. If you need to air-dry your mattress, cover it with a mattress protector to prevent any damage from UV rays.

Do:
· Rotate your mattress periodically (approximately once every 3 months)
· Move your mattress around by lifting from the bottom
· Protect it with a waterproof mattress protector and bed sheets
· Lightly vacuum your mattress and bed occasionally to remove dust*
· Let it breathe. If you detect an odor, leave your mattress uncovered and well ventilated.
· Lay it flat when transporting or storing (not on its side)
*Please check with the vacuum cleaner manufacturer and use a suitable nozzle for cleaning.

Don't:
· Allow your mattress to get wet
· Use dry cleaning fluid
· Expose your uncovered mattress to direct sunlight or UV rays
· Smoke in bed or place your mattress near an open flame
· Allow children to jump on your mattress
· Flip your mattress -- it should be rotated, not flipped
· Move your mattress around by grabbing onto the piping

The Hush Mattress ™ (10")

We recommend that you rotate your mattress once every 3 months. Mattress tags on the head and foot of your mattress can assist you in identifying which direction to rotate the mattress.

The Loft Mattress ™ (5")

With your new Loft Mattress, you may Choose-Your-Firmness. The white side is rated medium firm (or 6.5 out of 10), and the grey side is rated firm (or 8.5 out of 10). Please choose your favorite firmness level by flipping your preferred side facing up.

In addition to flipping your mattress to your preferred firmness level, we also recommend that you rotate your mattress once every 3 months. Rotating your mattress periodically will assist in ensuring your mattress is exposed to even wear and tear over time, which will increase the lifespan of your mattress.
