What Hong Kong mattress size is right for me?

We recommend measuring your bedroom to understand what sizes will fit comfortably, then choosing a large enough mattress size that you can move freely during the night.

If you don’t sleep with a partner and want to keep your mattress size smaller, you may choose any size smaller than the Full mattress (or a 4’6” mattress). If you sleep with a partner, the smallest comfortable size will be the Full mattress, but we recommend a Queen or King to have complete freedom of movement.

Lastly, don’t overlook you or your partner’s height! If one of you is taller, you may consider the ‘long’ version of any mattress size.
Do you recommend a firm mattress or soft mattress?

Most people experience improved sleep on a mattress that has firm support but remains comfortable. We recommend a mattress that is 7.0 to 8.5 on a firmness scale of 1 - 10. Mattresses that are too soft, especially foam mattresses, may cause back pain and discomfort. In order to find the right mattress, we recommend you test out the mattress in a mattress store or take advantage of our 100-night home trial.
I live in Hong Kong. When will my Hush Mattress be delivered?

We offer Free In-Home Setup on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. You may schedule your preferred delivery date during checkout, and our delivery team will call you to schedule the delivery time the day before delivery.
When you deliver my new mattress, can you also remove my old mattress?

Yes, we offer removal services at cost as part of our Free In-Home Setup in Hong Kong. If your used mattress is in good condition, we will make sure your mattress is donated to a local charity supporting families that are in need of a better place to sleep. Otherwise, we will send your used mattress to a professional recycling service.
How does the 100-Night Trial work for my mattress?

Your Home Trial begins on your delivery date. If you decide the mattress isn’t for you, we’ll send our white-glove team to remove the mattress and donate it to a local charity serving men, women, and children that are homeless or in need. It’s totally hassle-free!

Your original form of payment will be refunded minus any applicable processing fees.

Please note the 100-Night Home Trial does not apply to the following:
